It’s tough to get a good picture through the page protectors! This week I made the title card and the journaling cards with the labels on them because nothing in my stash was exactly what I wanted. Then I decided to save them as a pdf so I can use them again and figured I’d link them up here as a free printable. You can click here to download them.

For the second page I used a Jenni Bowlin butterfly rub-on in the top left pocket. It wouldn’t rub on to the page protector so I just cut around it, removed the backing and slipped it in. I like that it is transparent, so that you can see it from either side.
I used a lot of photos from my cell phone this week. Also, I ran out of photo paper and so half the photos were printed at Walgreens and now it’s driving me crazy that my black and whites don’t match. Out of all of the photos my favorites are the the ones in the photostrip of Scarlette cuddling in bed with me for her morning bottle. I love that baby. Oh, and some people were asking about making a photostrip. I just use this 4×6 template + tutorial from Stacey Bishop. HTH!

I love your creative take on project life not to mention your sweet baby makes it even cuter! I love seeing your ideas each week. It gives me inspiration to add something different to my book!
Gotta say, I assumed that the mis-match in the B&W was on purpose! I think it looks good – almost adding a texture to the pages – which are beautiful by the way! Love!
I am playing catch up this week:

Thanks for the download!
Wow – beautiful pages, with real atmosphere, if you know what I mean! And thanks for the freebie download too.
Thanks so much! I appreciate the sweet words
Love the grey, I so need to do a grey week myself.
Love the freebie too, thanks. May have to be tried on week 4.

LOVE this…I so wish I’d started one. It would be awkward to start now…I think I’ll wait until my son’s second birthday this summer and start one then.
I think it’d be a great format to do a baby’s whole year! I wish I had done it last year when Scarlette has so many of those baby milestones. But I didn’t feel like scrapbooking
Really LOVE your pages! Love the butterfly rub-on & doily! The pictures of your daughter are adorable!!
love all your pages, your daughter is so cute, love the pic of the finger
Oh, I love that picture of Scarlette labelled ’4′ where she’s got her arms up and her little fingers out, teacup style – she looks like a 50s housewife exclaiming over a gift – it’s so sweet!
your pages look great…the first thing I thought when I saw them was ‘old hollywood’
