So I was browsing on Pinterest (surprise, surprise) when I spotted this print and I was all “I LOVE THIS PRINT!” because I get very excited about things. Then I started browsing around the artist’s etsy shop, which you should do because it’s fantastic, and I found this other print that said “you are my sunshine” and I was all “I MUST OWN THIS PRINT!”
Because that song, I sing it to Scarlette a lot. Plus also, it’s the colors of her bedroom. I know that “plus also” is redundant and terrible grammar but somehow it is ingrained in my vocabulary and I can not rid myself of it. <– Here is what mine looks like framed. I took this picture in our office because the wall it was on in Scarlette’s room gets no light. Which is great for positioning the crib so that your baby sleeps later but terrible for taking photos of things hanging on said wall.
I am so pleased with this print, it looks even better in person than I imagined and completely surpassed my expectations. The quality is wonderful and it was packaged very well, not even the slightest bend or crease in sight!
I think it’s just the right amount of whimsy and I love the pop of color it adds without being overwhelmingly bright. Elissa has some other really sweet prints in her etsy shop and once we finish the playroom I plan on framing a few more for in there.
