You only have to enter your email address to be eligible. After you enter you’ll be prompted to “Get Coupons” (this will automatically print several coupons) BUT you can just close the contest box and select the coupons you want to print. Winners are chosen daily and they’ll notify you by email if you win.
Also, if you win you are NOT allowed to walk around the grocery store while surfing the web on your iPad and running into my cart REPEATEDLY because you can’t see where you are going like the teenage girl who collided into me approximately nineteen times yesterday. That’s not an official rule or anything. That’s just good sense.
