Y’all. I’ve mentioned before how if I shop online, I always go through Ebates.com so that I can earn cash back on my purchases. And because Ebates typically has coupons available for just about any store I want to shop at and you know how I feel about coupons.
Since they are one of the sites that I use frequently (read: all the time), I emailed them to see if they were interested in partnering with me for this special week of giveaways. And then I about fell over when they offered to give a $100 to one lucky reader! I maybe love them even more for being willing to do something so fun for my readers! I am so thankful for their generosity and so excited to share more about the site with you.
Here is how it works: You visit Ebates.com and sign in. If you aren’t a member, you can sign up for free here (Ebates is totally free by the way) and when you make your first $25 purchase through them, you’ll receive a $10 gift card!
Then choose from the list what store you are wanting to shop at that day, like say…Target! There are thousands of stores to choose from, I just sort of love Target.
When you click on the store name, you’ll see the amount of cash back you’ll get from shopping at that store plus a list of exclusive coupon codes you can use at each store! Just click on the link and you’ll be redirected to the store you want to shop at. Once you’ve made your purchase, your cash back percentage will be deposited in your Ebates account. And every quarter, Ebates sends you a payment via paypal or check! It’s great because if you were planning on shopping online anyhow, all you have to do is click one extra link and you get cash back for it.
It’s so easy and so helpful. When Scarlette came home from the hospital our washing machine died and we had to order a new one. I went through Ebates to order one from Lowe’s and got free shipping + a coupon code + cash back which saved us a good bit. Which is great because pretty much the worst time ever for your washing machine to die is when you have a newborn in cloth diapers.
Right now is a great time to use Ebates because they have double cash back at over 20 stores with their November Holiday promotion (Snapfish is 20% cash back!). That coupled with deep discounts over the next week for Black Friday/Cyber Monday is potential for huge savings. You can even get cash back at some of Amazon’s departments! And you can get cash back from Groupon. See, I am such a fan girl. I do all of my online Christmas shopping through Ebates every year.
Here is one of the best deals on Ebates right now: The Body Shop (which is one of my favorite stores, I used to work there over the holiday season in college and if you wanted to get me some cranberry body wash I would not say not to that) is offering 10% cash back, plus there is a coupon for 40% off your purchase. This is what it looks like when you are logged in (except that I removed the coupon code since it’s for members only)
You can also earn bonuses if you share your Ebates referral link through email or on facebook. I earned referral bonuses when I first joined because I emailed most of my girlfriends about the site and now we all use it. My mother called me all excited when she got her first cash back payment. That’s so cute. My referral link is used in this post (you’ll see why below) so if you use it and make a purchase of $25 or more, you get a $10 gift card and I get a bonus.
Here is how you enter the giveaway for $100 (Ebates does their giveaways a little differently so there are some rules to this one!) You must be an Ebates member to enter. Actually, that’s the only rule.
